However can you check the value of C4 which was stated as 0,1 uF, originally described as 105J 250V, I have found describtion on the internet which is translating this value as SPIRIT 1UF 250V 105J https://www.yoycart.com/Product/39623098822/ , any other source also gives the same values, there is a huge difference between 0,1 and 1uF, if there is mistake and capacitor hasn`t been measured by the author of post by himself its just a small reminder.

Друже, реактивний опір ємності 0,1 мкФ на частоті 5 кГц становить 318 Ом.
При опорах в ланцюгах фільтра на порядок менших. Там такий великий опір практично ні на що не впливатиме.
Так що там повинен бути саме 1 мкФ.
