любой контейнер сначала сжимает информацию до внутренних 8-10 бит, а потом старается её разжать...
и хулиганы - как раз не идиоты, а грамотные и начитанные аудиофизики, регулярно печатающиеся в международной современной аудиопрессе...

As expected, noise shaping shifted noise into the higher frequencies while reducing the noise floor where human hearing is more sensitive. I wasn't quite expecting the higher distortion results with noise shaping though; presumably this is the effect of the feedback algorithm on the artificial test signal and would not be an issue with actual music.
