какому аппарату отдать предпочтение? цена одинаковая (аркам на пару сот грн дешевле), примерно 220-250 баксов.
Вывод крайне желателен с компа через оптику. Где есть оптика - тот и берите.
для чего, чтобы гальванически отзвязать? так в m-audio audiophile usb, которая будет работать в качестве usb-spdif преобразователя - в ней свое питание, независимое от компа.
а в чипе, который отвечает на USB поток TUSB3200С

я вскрыл девайс, там рядом с чипом TUSB3200С стоит 6 МГц осцилятор, с которого работает встроенный клок.
